Before the criminal decision which caused over 300.000 deads, the 2-wheeler market was growing, although traditionally not relevant as size. However, sales of premium brands, such as BMW, Harley-Davidson, Ducati and sales of Japanese were relevant.

With the start of Western sanctions to Russia, all western and Japanese manufacturers quite the country and – as the dealer stock dropped to zero – interrupted sales in the country.
