Brazilian Motorcycles Market scored in the 2021 the fourth annual sales increase in a row. Registrations have been 1.267.649 (+6.2%), the best in years, but one of the slower increase in South America, where demand for 2 and 3 wheeler is really pumping up.

The Brazilian motorcycles scored in the 2021 the fourth annual sales increase in a row, confirming the positive trend and the recovery towards the record levels hit over a decade ago.

Total 2021 registrations have been 1.267.649 (+6.2%), the best in years, but one of the slower increase in South America, where demand for 2 and 3 wheeler is really pumping up.

While new manufacturers are growing up, the market is dominated by Honda, which holds an impressive around 80% market share. In 2021 Honda registered 981.987 motorcycles and was flat from the previous year.

In second place Yamaha sold 216.121 (+52.3%) hitting a new all time record.

Even the third hit the new record while at still small volumes. It was the Chinese Shineray with 13.671 sales (+82.5%), overtaking BMW (-7.7%), Kawasaki (+1.5%) and Haojue (-23.2%). 

Ranking 7th, Royal Enfield scored a strong +152.2% overtaking Triumph (+7.6%) and SYM (+52.8%).
